This recipe is for the perfect birthday cake, which also can be used for other important moments that you want to celebrate with a chocolate delight.

For the cake you are going to need the following ingredients:

Ingredients for one pastry of the cake (you are going to need 3 of these):

3 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons rice flour
1/2 package baking powder
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 grated orange peel

For soaking the pastry of the cake:
1 cup of milk
3 tablespoons sweet cocoa

For the filling:
1/2 litre cream
300gr black chocolate
+200-250 ml cream

Mix the eggs and sugar until you get a nice creamy mixture. While whisking, spoon by spoon, add oil and milk. Add the other ingredients as well. Bake 3 pastries. Use a number 24 pan. The cake is high, but if you want a bigger cake you could bake it in a number 26 pan. Add a litre of cream and let it boil, and then add pieces of chocolate. Turn of the hotplate and stir until the mixture is homogenized. Move it from the hotplate and live it to cool. Whisk the other cream. Put aside 1/3 of the chocolate – it will be for coating the pastry, and mix the other part of the chocolate with the cream. Each pastry is soaked with milk, and then covered with 1/3 from the chocolate mixture, and over it covered with 1/3 from the filling. The uppermost pastry is covered with the rest of the chocolate mix and the sides are coated with the filling. Decorate the cake with rollers as shown on the images bellow. Enjoy the sweet moments.
